We name a tutor and propose times
With their subject background and examining experience, and two or three slots in your time zone. You are not put into a queue for whoever is free.

The free trial runs
Forty-five minutes. The tutor sets a short diagnostic task, marks it live and explains the refused marks. You leave with the marked work whether or not you book.

A written plan, then a decision
Within two working days you get a six-week plan and a quote in writing. Read it, argue with it, or walk away. Nobody will call you to chase it.
